Wayne Watkins founded The Bathtub Medic in 1998, after having owned a similar bathtub chip repair and refinishing business for 8 years in Connecticut. So after two decades of full-time work in the bathtub refinishing business, and having worked on something over 5,000 bathtubs, Wayne is among the most experienced, knowledgeable people in the industry. He has personally trained all the workmen in our crews, always stressing the high quality/ customer service aspects of the work. With this attention to detail and doing the best for our customers, the result is that The Bathtub Medic has thousands of happy satisfied customers in the area. The Better Business Bureau has awarded us with their highest honor: an A+ rating each and every year we’ve been in existence. One other note about our work crews: we employ only seasoned veterans of bathtub refinishing. Our spray-and-finish guys average over 14 years of experience.
